Defending Against Litigation Before It Begins: How to Do More Than CYA
This program covers proactive measures in-house counsel can use to manage litigation before litigation ensues. These proactive measures include risk surveys, early assessment programs, and litigation policy development. The goal is to prime in-house counsel to identify litigation risk in advance, actively manage this risk, and limit or eliminate exposure.
